You can delete your Khur Lite account and all of its data at any time. The quickest way is from inside the app. If you have already uninstalled it, use the form below.
From the app
- Open Khur Lite and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap Delete My Account.
Once the deletion completes, the app signs you out and returns you to the sign-in screen.
From this page
Enter the email address your account uses. We will email a confirmation link to that address. Opening the link brings you back to this page to confirm — it does not delete anything by itself. The link works once and expires a short time after it is sent.

You opened a confirmation link. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing has been deleted yet.
What is deleted
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes:
- All your data on your device and our infrastructure
- Your authentication and login credentials
- All personal data kept only on your device (diagnoses, history, etc.)
Notification subscriptions are tied to a device rather than to your account. Deleting from inside the app removes them; deleting from this page usually cannot, and we will say so on screen if that happens.
Paid subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel yours there as well.
Using Khur Lite without an account
If you explore as a guest, Khur Lite keeps your profile on your device rather than against an account. Uninstalling the app removes it from your device. To have the pseudonymous records our servers hold for that installation removed as well, write to team@lvim.io.
