Is Khur Lite free?
Yes. Search trials, browse results, and receive daily notifications at no cost. The Pro plan adds subtype-specific alerts, researcher outreach templates, and a contact tracker.
Which conditions does it cover?
17+ rare disease categories including ALS, Parkinson's, MS, and others. We add new conditions regularly — if yours isn't listed, reach out to team@lvim.io.
Where does the trial data come from?
All trial information is sourced directly from ClinicalTrials.gov, the official registry maintained by the US National Institutes of Health. It's checked and updated daily.
Is my health information private?
Your diagnosis and health profile are stored on your device only — never sent to our servers or linked to your identity. We don't sell or share health data.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start as a guest with no email required. An account lets you restore your data across devices and keep your subscription.
How does researcher outreach work?
When you find a trial you're interested in, tap "Contact Researcher." Khur Lite generates a pre-written message based on your profile so you don't have to write from scratch. Each outreach is logged in your Contacts tab so you always know who you've reached and where the conversation left off.
Can Khur Lite analyze trials against my condition?
Not yet. We're working on an AI matching feature that would evaluate trial eligibility criteria against your profile. We're moving carefully here given the sensitivity of health data — we want to do it right before we ship it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. You'll receive a confirmation email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
App Store (iOS): Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Khur Lite → Cancel Subscription.
Google Play (Android): Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find Khur Lite → Cancel subscription.
